Beautiful November

A
Saturday
in November
in the low 60's!
Even though it has frosted heavily several times, lavender is still blooming! Trees have dropped nearly all their leaves, sparrows are raising their last fledglings. Russ' surgery went well yesterday for port removal and colonoscopy (clear), so we feel very, very blessed.

We'll enjoy this while we have it, knowing winter-like weather will also most likely be ours this month.

Glad results for DH are good, yes something to be thankful for.

Such nice weather for late in the year. I hope you are enjoying the nice while you can. It seems weather has been so differnt this year for all.

Loving the milder November weather in SW Michigan as well. We still haven't had a killing frost year and I spotted a scraggly dandelion in bloom today.
