Preliminary forecast is for 53 degrees and rain....but usually it snows on opening day here, it seems! and no special colored balls or uniforms....they just shiver!
With what Sports Heroes are paid to work a couple months a year with pampering, side benefits, etc., i figure out in the cold and rain does them some good. I'm in favor of the old non-covered football stadiums, and make basketball an outdoor sport also. As you can tell, I am no sports fan, esp when regular people have to work long and hard at plain jobs and never get the salaries those people do, yet they make the actual contributions to society.

Hopefully the ball is red so it can be seen in the snowstorm and they have heated suits to wear. And they are just finishing basketball.
